While walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure minimal wait times. You can book an appointment through our website or by calling 660-553-5111. Appointments help us manage our workload efficiently and ensure your device receives prompt attention.
Most mobile repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports) are completed same-day. If you drop off by 1:00 PM, we usually have it ready by 5:00 PM. Computer and console repairs may take 1–3 business days depending on part availability.
We make every effort to preserve your data, but we always recommend backing up your device before any service. Standard repairs like screen or battery replacements typically do not affect data, but hardware failures or software issues carry inherent risks.
We use high-quality premium parts that meet or exceed original specifications. For specific repairs where OEM parts are required or requested, we discuss those options and pricing with you directly to ensure you get the best performance for your budget.
Our technicians are highly experienced and trained in Apple products. We operate as an independent repair provider, allowing us to offer flexible, cost-effective solutions and faster turnaround times than traditional 'Big Tech' authorized centers.
Our warranty covers defects in the parts we install and the labor associated with the repair. It does not cover accidental damage (like drops or water) after you leave the shop, but if our part fails on its own within 90 days, we replace it for free.
