While appointments are always welcome, they are definitely not required. Walk-ins are accepted, and we strive to provide prompt service to all customers regardless of whether they have an appointment.
Repair times vary depending on the issue and device type. Simple repairs like screen replacements for iPhones typically take 1-2 hours. More complex issues may take longer. Our technicians will provide you with an accurate time estimate when you drop off your device.
We take data security seriously. Fiks'd IT is NOT responsible for data loss that occurs during repair. We recommend backing up your device before bringing it in. Our technicians will handle your device with care, but accidental data loss can happen. Always maintain current backups of your important files.
We use a combination of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and high-quality aftermarket parts depending on the device and component. OEM parts provide the best compatibility and longevity, while quality aftermarket parts offer excellent reliability at better prices. We'll discuss your options and recommend the best choice for your situation.
Fiks'd IT is an Apple Independent Repair Provider (iRP). We are authorized to repair Apple devices using genuine Apple parts and have access to Apple-approved diagnostic tools and resources. Our technicians are certified and trained to handle all Apple device repairs with the highest standards.
Our 90-Day Warranty covers the parts we repair or replace and the labor involved in that specific repair. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. If a covered issue occurs within 90 days of repair, we will fix it at no charge.
